The owners at pawsg were really sincere, honest and knowledgeable. As first time cat owners, it is really reassuring to know that they're always there to answer our questions and that they have our cat's best interest at heart.   Truly enjoyed my experience here. When buying or reserving a cat, the process is smooth and very fast. The process of handing over the cat is also hassle free. The starter kit that they provide is extremely helpful when setting up your house for first-timers with a cat. They raise their cats extremely well, leaving them with happy and extroverted personalities. Lexi has been with us for around a month, and she is the most curious and cuddly cat!

  Had a great experience when we got our 2nd cat from them despite some technical delays of the flight to SG. They were very friendly and carefully explained each and every step + provide a starter pack to help you with your young kitten.

Worth checking out their kittens as their cats looks really premium compared to the cats sold at the usual pet shops!

  Got our first kitten with Paws and it was a fantastic experience for us! After we reserved him, they provided daily updates until the day we brought him home and they continued to guide us along the way after. Was very nervous at the first but paw and whiskers helped me a lot，they provided details and advices on how to raise Belly.   Not a first-time cat owner. I had a great experience at paws. They were very prompt in responding to my queries, provided regular updates of the kitten before it’s arrival in SG and gave future owners a preparation list to welcome our little furbaby. Overall the process was smooth and worry free. Briefly interacted with the kittens a day after their arrival from UK, they were all so cute, sociable and playful…no jet lag lol! I went home with my furbaby and she quickly adjusted well to her new forever home. Thanks paws for bringing Disney aka Nala to me.

  Brought home Miya and he's the most affectionate, adorable cat ever!! He's really active and playful, which forces us to get on our feet and super duper cuddly. He's not scared of strangers and I've been the envy of many friends who've expressed that they hardly ever see cats as unafraid and sociable towards strangers.
